Our formulas are nutritionist designed, specifically for you so you don’t just receive the generic protein for everyone. AT Lifetype everybody is unique – so we believe every protein should be unique.
Do I have to be an athlete to use your brand / proteins?
No. Our products are designed for people from all nutritional needs and fitness needs, whether you are Vegan and just beginning your training routine or an athlete looking for extra recovery support – we design a protein to suit your body and your fitness needs.
Can I take it everyday?
Yes. Our products are designed to support your daily macro and fitness goals to be used in conjunction with a healthy and balanced meal plan in order to see targeted benefits. Our 1 monthly supply means you can easily incorporate it into your daily routine without the stress of running out.
Are your products and flavour all natural? Do they contain anything artificial?
Our protein and flavours are all 100% natural with no artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or nasty additives found in many proteins on the market. We source our premium quality ingredients from around the world to ensure we have the highest quality ingredients for you to reach your goal!
Where are your products manufactured?
In Australia! we are proudly Australian owned, run and manufactured from local and internationally sourced ingredients.
Are your products Vegan / Vegetarian friendly?
Yes! we also offer personalised Vegan proteins, simply put in any dietary requirements in the questionnaire and a delicious vegan option will be made available for you … personalised to your requirement and needs.
Getting Started.
How do I get started?
Our short quiz will ask you questions about your goals, lifestyle and diet in order to recommend a protein blend specific for you, based on your answers. Based on the quiz and our nutritionists advice , you can then check out and create a monthly subscription. You can adjust or cancel this subscription anytime.
When’s the best time to take my protein?
If you are working out or training, immediately after your workout is the most optimal time for absorption, if you are on a rest day or using your protein as a booster we generally recommended in the morning as part of a light breakfast.
Can I take it with milk? Or does it have to be with water?
Post training ideally, for optimal absorption it is best taken with water – however you can mix your protein with water, milk, alternative milk of choice or juice. Whatever your preference. They can also be used in baking as well for a higher protein recipe.
How much milk / water do I need?
This is recommended on our bag – however we do recommend between 200 ml to 300 ml of your choice of liquid depending on your taste and sweetness level. You can always add more milk or water depending on your taste preference.
Can these be used for children also?
No – these personalised proteins are not designed to be consumed for children – adults only to reach certain body, health and fitness goals.
Can I take my protein while pregnant?
We recommend you consult your healthcare practitioner about your personalised blend if you are planning to become pregnant, pregnant or breastfeeding in order to get the right advice for your body and needs.
Manage Account & Shipping.
How often will I receive my protein?
Your Protein & Nutrition will be delivered once a month on a regular basis when you subscribe and become a Lifetype member. Orders are dispatched 1-2 days from billing date. Lifetype members receive their 14/28 day supply every month so you can have what you need to meet your goals and delivered conveniently to your door exactly when you need it!
Do you offer refunds?
We want all our customers to enjoy and benefit from their protein blend. We will do whatever it takes to get it right for you. Due to the custom nature of the product, we do not give refunds once orders have been processed. If there is anything wrong with your order or the order was processed incorrectly from our end, please tell us about it by contacting us at hello@lifetype.com.au and we will endeavour to assist and provide you with the correct blend that suits you. Lifetype customers are also able to amend their details and goals to alter their blend.
Can I change my protein needs and body goal requirement during my subscription?
Yes! As your goals change, so should your protein and nutrition. Simply, sign in to ‘My Account’ and click on ‘Change Blend’ and complete the quiz. A new blend will be suggested for the next following month. Your new blend will be updated and sent with you next shipment!
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed, shipped out and delivered 3-7 days following the billing date. If you are a Lifetype subscribed member, you can expect to have your order shipped around the same time every 4 weeks and billed 2 weeks before delivery.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you have cancelled prior to your next billing date, there will be no further charges. If you cancel on or after the billing date, then that order will be charged as your last order.
How much is shipping?
When you become a Lifetype member, the shipping is on us!
If you are purchasing one time or as you go then shipping is a flat rate of $9.90
Can I change my flavours?
Yes! We believe when it comes to flavours, you should have more variety to keep things exciting. Simply, sign in to ‘My Account’ and click on ‘Change Flavour’ and follow the steps! Your new flavours will be updated and sent with you next shipment.
